Mounting bolt engine-side variator

The mounting bolt for the variomatic on the engine side of the Microcar, Ligier, Chatenet, Grecav, Bellier, JDM, Casalini and Due is the central bolt that holds the complete variomatic unit on the crankshaft of the engine. Thanks to its length of 150 mm, it runs through the pulley, the weights, the holder and the clutch, clamping this entire assembly firmly in place.

This bolt takes its share of the load on every revolution of the engine: it has to keep the torque despite the high engine speeds and the vibrations the variomatic system transfers. Loosening variomatic components are a direct result when this bolt no longer holds its torque. This mounting bolt is by Bonq, sized M10 x 150 mm, and fits both the 1st and the 2nd clutch type.

Suitable for the engine-side variomatic of the Microcar, Ligier, Chatenet, Grecav, Bellier, JDM, Casalini and Due with a Lombardini LDW 502 FOCS, 502 Progress or 502 Progress Euro 4 engine, or a Yanmar 2TNE68 or Mitsubishi engine.
