Ordered or received the wrong product?
If you ordered or received the wrong product from Minicar-Parts, you may return your order within 45 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. You are responsible for the return shipment, including any loss or damage.
Exchanges at our pickup location are not possible. The warehouse is only available for business order collection.
Always register your return first
Do not return a package without prior registration. To process your return correctly, we need to know who is returning which items and for what reason. Please use our online return portal.
Register your return via the return portal
You will need your order number or tracking number, which can be found in your order confirmation or invoice.
Select the products you wish to return, choose a return reason and select a shipping provider.

Returning the package yourself
You may also return your order in person. Please note that the return must always be registered in advance.
Processing and refunds
Once the return is received, it will be inspected and processed. Processing usually takes no longer than one week.
