Article 1 – Definitions
Supplementary agreement: an agreement whereby the consumer purchases products or services in connection with a distance agreement.
Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: the natural person who does not act for business or professional purposes.
Day: calendar day.
Durable medium: a means by which the consumer can personally store information.
Right of withdrawal: the right of the consumer to cancel the agreement within the cooling-off period.
Trader: van den Berg Holding B.V., trading under the name Minicar-Parts.
Distance agreement: an agreement concluded through an organised system for distance selling.
Returns portal: digital returns platform of Minicar-Parts.

Article 3 – Applicability
These terms apply to every offer and every distance agreement between Minicar-Parts and the consumer.
For electronic agreements, the terms are made available digitally so that they can be saved.
In the event of conflicting provisions, the provision most favourable to the consumer shall prevail.
Article 4 – The Offer
Every offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products or services offered.
Minicar-Parts is not bound by obvious errors.
The rights and obligations upon acceptance of the offer are clearly stated.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer accepts the offer.
Minicar-Parts confirms the order by e-mail and ensures secure data transfer.
In case of suspected abuse or non-payment, an order may be refused or fulfilled under conditions.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
1. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have the right to return a product (including a mopedcar) within 45 days of receipt, without stating a reason.
2. Registering a return via the returns portal
We kindly request you to register returns via:

- Enter the order number or track & trace code
- Select the parts and reason
- Choose the carrier and pay the shipping costs
- Drop off the parcel
3. Costs and risk
Shipping costs and risk are borne by the consumer.
4. Processing and refund
Return processed within 7 days. Refund within 14 days.
5. Conditions
- Products complete and in original condition
- Not installed or damaged
- Specially ordered products excluded
6. Business customers (B2B)
No statutory right of withdrawal, but return possible upon assessment.
Article 7 – Consumer Obligations
The consumer handles the product and packaging with care.
Article 8 – Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
Register the return and send it back within 14 days.
Article 9 – Obligations of Minicar-Parts
Confirmation and refund within 14 days.

Article 11 – The Price
Prices stated inclusive and exclusive of VAT.
Article 12 – Performance and Warranty
Products conform to the agreement and expectations.
Article 13 – Delivery
Orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched the same day.
Article 14 – Payment
Payment via webshop methods. Late payment may result in additional charges.
Article 15 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints via helpdesk@minicarparts.nl. Response within 5 working days.
