Order on request

If the product’s stock status is 'On request', we do not have the product in stock in our warehouse. We then need to order the part specially from the factory. Please note that the part may have a longer delivery time and that after placing the order we can no longer cancel or accept a return of the part.

How can I order the part?

To place the order, we will, by agreement, send an order confirmation by e-mail. In this e-mail we also include a payment link to pay the order amount. Payment is processed—just like in our webshop—via our secure Buckaroo payment environment. As soon as we receive the payment, we will process the order and order the parts from the factory.
