Minicar-Parts needs your personal data to be able to send orders and communicate with you. We store this data in a secure database. And it stays there. We do not share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.

The data we use and why

First and last name: We include your name on our order confirmations, invoices and shipping labels. This is professional and practical so that we and the courier companies know exactly who the order(s) are intended for.

Company name: If you are a business customer, we include your company name on our order confirmations, invoices and shipping labels. This is professional and practical so that we, the courier companies and you know exactly who the order(s) are intended for.

Address and city: We obviously need to know where to deliver the parcels. That is why we need your address details.

Phone number: Should anything be unclear, or if we need to inform or notify you of something, it is very convenient and easy to get in touch quickly by phone.

Payment details: To process payment for your order, we use a secure payment environment. If you pay by direct debit, your details are stored in our administration to link the payment to your order. We only use your bank account number when you are due a refund from us.

If you pay by credit card, we send the credit card details from our secure environment directly to Buckaroo. They process our credit card payments. We do not see your credit card details; Buckaroo only informs us whether your payment was successful or not.

E-mail address: We use your e-mail address to receive orders. We also use the e-mail address to communicate order confirmations, invoices, questions and notifications. We do not share your e-mail address with third parties for commercial purposes either.

Viewing or changing your data

Personal data can always be viewed or changed in your online account. Would you like to be removed from our system? No problem. Let us know by post, e-mail or phone.

Please note: if you have placed an order, it is not possible to change the name on the invoice afterwards.

Klarna

In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may transfer your contact and order details to Klarna at checkout so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and tailor these payment methods for you. Your personal data is processed in accordance with Klarna's privacy statement.
