Warranty on parts

At Minicar-Parts, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our mopedcar parts. That is why we offer a standard 12-month warranty on our products, so you can use your parts with confidence. This warranty applies under normal use.

Our parts, including well-known brands such as Bonq, are designed for durability and reliable performance. Whether you purchase a water pump, brake caliper, engine mount or electrical component, you can rely on high quality standards.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting our customer service before returning any parts.

What is covered by warranty?

The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing faults or material issues. Under normal use, the parts will perform as intended.

Normal use means using the parts within their intended application, without overloading, misuse or incorrect installation.

Any consequential damage is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty on electrical components

Electrical components have specific guidelines, as they are sensitive to installation and use. We provide warranty on items such as batteries, sensors and wiring, provided they are installed and used correctly.

Damage caused by short circuit, overvoltage or incorrect connection is not covered by the warranty.
