Product description

The speed sensor for the moped cars from Ligier, Microcar and Due is the electronic sensor that is fitted at the rear of the gearbox. From this position, the sensor continuously measures the rotation of the output shaft of the gearbox and converts that information into an electrical signal. This signal is passed to the odometer on the dashboard, where it is shown as the actual driving speed and at the same time used to keep track of the total mileage.

A faulty speed sensor shows up as an odometer that stays at zero while you are driving normally (the sensor no longer sends a signal), as a speed indicator that jumps up and down irregularly during driving without you changing your driving speed (the sensor is sending unstable values), or as an electronic cruise control or other speed-dependent function that no longer responds. This speed sensor is by Bonq and technically equivalent to the original part.

Suitable for the Ligier IXO, JS50 (Phase 1 to 3), JS50L (Phase 1 to 3), JS60 (Phase 1 and 2), JSRC, Nova, Optimax, X-Pro, X-Too, X-Too MAX, X-Too R, X-Too S and X-Too RS, and the Microcar Due 2, Due 3, Due 6, M8, MGO1, MGO2, MGO3, MGO4 and MGO6.
