Speed sensor
Speed sensor
Moped car speed sensor
The speed sensor electronically records the driving speed and transmits it to the speedometer of your moped car. The sensor is mounted on the gearbox and measures the rotation speed of the output shaft. A defective sensor shows itself when the speed is no longer displayed correctly on the speedometer. Minicar-Parts supplies speed sensors for all well-known brands, including Aixam, Microcar, Ligier, Chatenet, JDM, Bellier, Grecav and Casalini.
Most modern moped cars are fitted with an electronic speed sensor instead of a mechanical cable. Some sensors are suitable for multiple brands and models, which increases interchangeability. The range includes sensors from Bonq as a reliable alternative and original sensors from the relevant moped car brand. For moped cars with a mechanical drive, please refer to the subcategory speedometer cable. For individual gearbox parts, please refer to gearbox overhaul and for complete gearboxes to gearbox.
