Mounting bolt engine-side variator Aixam

The mounting bolt for the variomatic on the engine side of the Aixam, Minauto and MEGA from the Revolution, Evolution, Innovation, Restyled, Impulsion and Vision series with Kubota Z402 engine has M8 thread and a length of 160 mm. These dimensions are specifically matched to the engine-side variomatic of these models.

This bolt holds the complete variomatic unit on the crankshaft and has to keep its torque despite the high engine speeds and the vibrations the variomatic system transfers. A wrong size or a used bolt can cause problems straight away during installation: the head can strip or the bolt can offer too little grip. This mounting bolt is sized M8 x 160 mm.
