Drive shaft front right Microcar / Dué

The drive shaft for the front right side of the Microcar MC1, MC2 and the Dué First transfers the torque from the gearbox to the right front wheel. Because the gearbox is not positioned exactly in the middle, the lengths of the left and right drive shafts differ; this right version has a length of 562 mm and is not interchangeable with the left side.

Clicking noises when steering to the left (where the right drive shaft actually takes more load), vibrations when pulling away or grease around the boots are signs to replace. Continuing to drive with a worn drive shaft accelerates wear of the universal joints and can eventually lead to loss of drive.

This drive shaft is by Bonq and fits specifically on the front right side of the Microcar MC1, MC2 and the Dué First.
