Drive Belt Variomatic EPCOUR 042 Aixam / Grecav

The EPCOUR 042 drive belt is intended for the Aixam 721, 741, City, City S, City Sport, Crossline, Roadline, Scouty, Scouty R, GTO, MEGA 2 400, MEGA 2 600 and Minauto V1 from the Innovation, Restyled and Impulsion series with a Kubota Z402 engine, and for the Grecav Sonique with a Lombardini 502 Progress engine. The belt carries the clear EPCOUR042 marking on the side, which is immediately visible during a check.

This drive belt connects the engine side and the gearbox side of the variomatic and ensures the moped car accelerates continuously when the engine revs up. Through the constant load, heat and friction, the belt wears down over time; the variomatic then shifts less smoothly and the driving behaviour becomes restless.
