Product description

The V-belt for moped cars from Aixam, Microcar, Chatenet, Bellier, JDM and Minauto with a Kubota Z402 or Z482 engine or a Yanmar 2TNE68 engine drives the alternator and the water pump from the crankshaft pulley of the engine. Without a working V-belt, the battery no longer charges and the coolant no longer circulates through the engine, resulting in overheating and a flat battery.

A worn V-belt shows up as a squealing sound at cold start that slowly disappears once the engine is warm, visible cracks on the flanks of the belt or a shiny, glazed outer surface. In all these cases replacement is due before the belt breaks and the engine stops charging. This V-belt is by Bonq and has an inner length of 825 mm and an outer length of 835 mm.

Suitable for the Aixam, Microcar, Chatenet, Bellier, JDM and Minauto with a Kubota Z402 or Z482 engine or a Yanmar 2TNE68 engine.
