Suction cooling fan Lombardini 502 FOCS

The suction cooling fan for the Lombardini LDW 502 FOCS engine sits on the crankshaft and draws outside air through the cooling fins of the engine block. Because the air is drawn in rather than blown out, the position of the blades stays critical: if you accidentally fit a blowing variant in this spot, the cooling pattern runs in reverse and the engine overheats.

A cracked hub, damaged blades or play on the crankshaft are signs to replace the cooling fan. This cooling fan comes from Bonq and is technically equivalent to the original, matched to the Lombardini 502 FOCS engine.
