Heater Unit Chatenet / Microcar / Ligier

The complete heater unit for the Ligier IXO, Flex, JSRC, Optimax, Myli, X-Too, JS50, JS50L and JS60 series, the Microcar M8, MC, MGO and Dué series, the Chatenet CH26, CH30 and CH32 and the Due is the central unit of the climate system in the moped car. Inside this housing sits a heater core through which warm coolant flows and a fan that blows air past that heater core. The heated air is then guided through channels to the windscreen and the interior, so that misted-up windows clear and the cabin warms up.

A faulty heater unit is usually replaced when the heater core leaks internally and the coolant level keeps dropping as a result, when the fan no longer runs or only works on one setting, or when the housing itself is damaged by an earlier dismantling. With this complete unit you replace everything in one operation, without having to assemble separate components. This heater unit is by Bonq.
