Fuel pump mechanical Aixam Kubota

The mechanical diesel pump for the Aixam and Minauto with a Kubota Z402 or Z482-E4B engine draws fuel from the tank and delivers it under pressure to the engine's injection system. The pump is driven by a camshaft on the engine: on every crankshaft revolution, the pump moves a fixed amount of diesel to the injection system. Without a working diesel pump, the engine gets no fuel and no longer starts.

A worn diesel pump shows up as an engine that struggles to start, stalls while driving or loses power under load. A visible diesel leak around the pump is also a sign that replacement is due. This diesel pump is by Bonq and comes complete with a gasket, so you have a clean seal ready at installation.
