Product description
The front wheel bearing for Aixam, Microcar, Ligier, Chatenet, Grecav, Bellier, JDM, Casalini, Minauto and Due is the pivot point between the wheel hub and the steering knuckle housing. With every rotation, the balls in the bearing take up the load, allowing the wheel to run smoothly on the axle without play or friction.
A worn wheel bearing shows itself through a humming noise that changes with speed, play when you move the lifted wheel back and forth or warmth on the hub after a short drive. Driving on with a worn bearing can eventually lead to hub failure, which causes significant consequential damage.
This wheel bearing is by Bonq and is pressed into the steering knuckle housing, which requires a press or a specialist. Suitable among others for the Aixam City, Coupé, Crossover and Crossline from all series, the Casalini M20, the Chatenet CH26, CH40 and CH46, the Ligier JS50, JS60 and X-Too series, the Microcar MGO, Dué and MC series and the JDM Abaca, Albizia and Aloës. Also suitable for the remaining models of these brands and for Grecav, Bellier, Minauto and Due.
