Corner piece right door handle Aixam (black)

The black corner piece for the right door handle of the Aixam and Minauto moped cars is the plastic trim part that sits around the door handle on the outside of the door. The understated black version gives a clean, restrained look that fits well with dark painted body parts and creates a fine contrast on light coloured moped cars. The corner piece provides a neat finish around the door handle and at the same time protects the door edge against contact when opening and closing the door.

You usually replace a corner piece when the black plastic fades to a greyish tone from long-term UV exposure and loses its deep black tint, when visible scratches have appeared on the surface from contact with keys, bags or other material, or when the plastic has broken off or is dented after being touched when parking in tight spots. In all cases, a new corner piece immediately brings the door side back to a tidy state. This corner piece is by Bonq and technically equivalent to the original part.
