Moped car headlight frame

The headlight frame is the structural carrier to which the headlight of your moped car is attached. In addition to the headlight itself, other parts may also be mounted on the headlight frame, such as the bonnet lock. The headlight frame is connected to the subframe and forms part of the structural build at the front of the moped car. Minicar-Parts supplies headlight frames for all well-known brands, including Aixam, Microcar, Ligier, Chatenet, JDM, Bellier, Grecav and Casalini.

The most common cause of a damaged headlight frame is a collision or impact that bends the frame. Think of a minor collision where the front of the moped car absorbs the impact. Corrosion from prolonged exposure to moisture and dirt can also attack the frame. A damaged headlight frame can lead to a misaligned headlight, a poorly closing bonnet lock or an unstable front end of the moped car. Always replace a deformed or severely corroded headlight frame promptly to prevent further damage.

Headlight frames are sold individually and are often brand- and model-specific. The range includes headlight frames from Bonq as a reliable alternative and original parts from the relevant moped car brand. For further frame parts, please refer to rear axles, subframe and frame tubes. For the associated headlights, please refer to the category headlights.
